a) Explain simple cost concepts and use these concepts in their area of work.
b) Create awareness of the impact of cost/wastage have on profitability
c) Identify causes and areas within the organization for cost reduction
d) Use and apply simple techniques to bring about productivity through understanding of cost behaviour and its relationship to revenue
